Why the fix duration of warfarin 3, 6 month etc..what the scintific basis..whay not shorter or longer??
what should be the total duration of anti coagulation in different cases and why?
what are the guidelines for tx PE secondary to sickle cell crisis once patient is stable. Is it the same length of time as PE from first time DVT?
